Section 41: Transitional.

Any licence or permit granted in accordance with the Arms Ordinance or the Explosives (Import, Control and Sale) Ordinance 1947, shall for a period of twelve months after the date that this Act comes into operation or for the period for which such licence or permit was granted (whichever shall sooner expire) shall be as valid and effectual as though granted in accordance with this Act.
