Section 40: Repeal.

The Arms Ordinance, the Arms Ordinance, 1942, and the Explosives (Import, Control and Sale) Ordinance, 1947, are repealed. (Cap. 14 of the 1948 Edition. No. 14 of 1942. No. 28 of 1947.)
