Section 1: Establishment of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

(1) There is established the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, Benue State (in this Act referred to as "the University").
(2) The University shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of movable or immovable properties.
