Section 9: General Fund of the University.

1 There shall be a general fund of the University which shall consist of the following ?
a grants-in-aid;
b fees;
c income derived from investments;
d gifts, legacies, endowments and donations not accepted for a particular purpose;
e income derived from the performance of any function conferred or imposed on the University by this Act;
f other amounts, charges or dues recoverable by the University;
g revenue accruing to the University by way of subvention;
h interests on investments;
i donations and legacies accruing to the University from any source for the general or special purposes of the University; and
j regular TETFUND interventions.

2 The general fund shall be applied for the purposes of the University.
