Section 13: Proof of statute.

A Statute may be proved in any court by the production of a copy of the statute bearing or having affixed to it a certificate purporting to be signed b) the Vice-Chancellor or the Secretary to the Council to the effect that the copy is a true copy of a statute of the University.
