Section 15: Removal of certain members of Council.

1 Where it appears to the Council that a member of the Council, other than the Pro-Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor, shall be removed from office on the ground of misconduct or inability to perform the functions of his office or employment, the Council shall make a recommendation to that effect through the Minister to the President, and the President, after making enquiries, may approve the recommendation and direct the removal of the person in question from office.

2 The Minister shall cause a copy of the instrument embodying a direction under subsection (1) to be served, as soon as reasonably practicable, on the person to whom it relates.
