Section 19: Transfer of assets and liabilities of the Savings Bank to the Bank

All the assets and liabilities of the Savings Bank established by the Savings Bank Act shall at the commencement of this Act vest in the Bank without further assurance other than this section, and accordingly all deposits paid into the Savings Bank under the Savings Bank Act shall be held by the Bank under Savings Bank Act as if they had been paid under the provisions of this Act.
