Section 18: Repeal and saving of existing offices

(1) The Savings Bank Act is hereby repealed.

(2) The Savings Bank established by the Savings Bank Act and all offices thereof subsisting at the time when this Act comes into operation shall be deemed to have been constituted and established under the provisions of this Act.
