Section 1: Amendment of Cap. F17 LFN, 2004.
The Federal Polytechnic Act, Cap. 17, LFN, 2004 (in this Act referred "the Principal Act" is amended as set out in this Act.
Section 2: Amendment of the First Schedule.
The First Schedule to the Principal Act is amended by inserting a new item "(q)"
"Federal Polytechnic, Rano, Kano State"
Section 3: Citation.
This Act may be cited as the Federal Polytechnic (Amendment) Act, 2023.
