Section 1: Amendment of Act No. 33, 2022.#
The Federal Medical Centres Act, No. 33, 2022 (in this Act referred to as "the Principal Act") is amended as set out in this Act.
Section 2: Amendment of the Second Schedule.#
The Second Schedule to the Principal Act is amended by inserting a new item-
"Federal Medical Centre, Ovwian".
Section 3: Citation.#
This Act may be cited as the Federal Medical Centres (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2024.
