Section 24: Annual report.

The Council shall, on or before the 31 December in each year, prepare and submit to the President, through the Minister, a report of its activities during the preceding financial year and shall include in the report the audited accounts of the Polytechnic in respect of that financial year and the auditor's comments on the account.
