Section 1: Establishment of the Federal Polytechnic, Orogun, Delta State.

1 There is established the Federal Polytechnic, Orogun, Delta State (in this Act referred to as "the Polytechnic") which shall have such powers and perform such functions conferred on it by this Act.

2 The Polytechnic-
a is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
b may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
c may acquire and dispose of interests in movable and immovable property.
