Section 6: Tenure of office of the Registrar.
2022Section 6 of 29•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Registrar shall hold office-
a for a single term of five years beginning from the effective date of his appointment; and
b on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the letter of his appointment.
