Section 20: Exemption from customs duties

The Medical Centre shall not pay customs duty on or be restricted or prohibited from importing any equipment, material, supply or any other thing required by the Medical Centre for the purpose of this Act:

Provided that nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing the Nigeria Customs Service from inspecting any equipment, or material imported by the Medical Centre.
