Section 19: Exemption from tax

1 The Medical Centre shall not pay income tax on any income derived by the Federal Medical Centre under this Act or accruing to it from any of its investments.

2 The provisions of any enactment relating to the taxation of companies or trust funds shall not apply to the Board of the Medical Centre.
