Section 1: Establishment of the Federal Medical Centre, Hong, Adamawa State

1 There is hereby established the Federal Medical Centre, Hong, Adamawa State (in this Act referred to as "the Medical Centre").

2 The Medical Centre-
a shall be a body corporate;
b may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
c shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.
