Section 13: Pensions.

2007Section 13 of 70•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Employment in the Service shall be subject to the provisions of the Pension Reform Act and officers and employees of the Service shall be entitled to pensions and other retirement benefits as prescribed under the Pension Reform Act.
