Section 10: Functions of the Technical Committee.

The Technical Committee shall-(a) consider all tax matters that require professional and technical expertise and make recommendations to the Board ;
(b) advise the Board on any aspect of the functions and powers of the Service under this Act ; and
(c) attend to such other matters as may from time to time be referred to it by the Board.
