Section 30: Office premises

(1) For the purpose of providing offices and premises necessary for the performance of its functions, the Council may-
(a) purchase any interest in, or take on lease, land; and
(b) build, equip and maintain offices and premises.
(2) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, sell any interest in or lease land, offices or premises held by it, which it does not require to perform of its functions.
