Section 29: Audits

The Council shall, as soon as it may be possible, after the expiration of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Minister, through the Regulatory Commission, a report of its activities during the immediate preceding financial year and shall include in the report, a copy of the audited accounts of the Colleges, for that year and of the Auditor's report on the accounts.
