Section 16: Other principal officers

There is for each College, other principal officers, in addition to the Provost the-
(a) Registrar;
(b) Bursar; and
(c) Librarian;
who shall be appointed by the Council, on the recommendation of the Selection Board, constituted under section 20, (1) (a) - (d) and (2) of this Act.
