Section 6: The visitor.

(1) The Minster shall be the visitor of the College-
(2) The visitor shall, not less than once in every five years conduct a visitation to the College or appoint a visitation panel consisting of not less than five experts to conduct the visitation for-
(a) the purpose of evaluating the academic and administrative performance of the college; or
(b) such other purpose as the visitors may deem fit.
