Section 2: Governing Council of the College.

(1) There is established for the College a governing council (in this Act referred to as "the Council").
(2) The Council shall have the responsibility to consider and approve the-
(a) programme of studies to be undertaken in the College;
(b) annual estimate of the College; and
(c) investment plan of the College.
(3) The provision of the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Council under this section. [Schedule]
