FEDERAL COLLEGE OF COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT, 2021
Section 18: Statutes and powers of College.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the College may make regulations for any of the following purposes-
(a) making provision with respect to the composition and constitution of any authority of the College;
(b) specifying and regulating the powers and duties of any authority of the College, and regulating any other matter connected with the College or any of its authorities;
(c) regulating the admission of students where it is done by the College, their discipline and welfare;
(d) determining whether any particular matter is to be treated as an academic or a non-academic matter for the purposes of this Act and of any statute, regulations, or other instrument made under it; or
(e) making provision for any other matter authorised by this Act.
(2) The Interpretation Act shall apply in relation to any statute made under this section as it applies to a subsidiary instrument within the meaning of section 12 of that Act. [Cap. I23, LFN 2004]
