Section 12: Functions of the Registrar.

(1) The Registrar shall in relation to the College, be responsible to the Provost, take orders and instructions from the Provost before all other members of the College.
(2) Subject to sections 7 and 8 of this Act, the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the College, in addition to any other functions conferred on him by this Act, of administering the College.
(3) The Registrar shall perform other functions that may be assigned to him by the Provost.
