Section 11: Functions of the Provost.

(1) The Provost shall -
(a) be the chief executive officer, academic officer and Chairman of the Academic Board of the College;
(b) take precedence before all other members of the College; and
(c) be the Chairman at all meetings of the Academic Board.
(2) In the absence of the Provost, the Deputy Provost shall preside.
