Section 29: Non-delivery of equipment to the lessee as a result of the lessor’s wilful infringement

Where a lessor’s wilful infringement or unlawful act results in the termination of a sales agreement with a supplier or manufacturer, the lessor shall be liable in damages for actual loss and damages incurred by the lessee.
