Section 13: Registration of a lease agreement

An equipment lease agreement made pursuant to this Act shall irrespective of the value of the leased equipment, be registered with the Registration Authority not later than 14 days after the commencement of such lease agreement, or within three months for a lease agreement made before the Commencement of this Act.
