Section 11: Power of the minister to Issue guidelines to the registration authority

The Minister shall issue guidelines as he considers necessary for the purpose of implementing the provisions of sections 8 and including guidelines relating to the—(a) stamp duties payable;
(b) registration and notarisation fees; and
(c) procedure for filing an application for registration and cancellation of a registration.
