Section 22: Mandatory study

Where the Agency is of the opinion that a program is described in the mandatory study list, the Agency shall-(a) ensure that a mandatory study is conducted, and a mandatory study report is prepared and submitted to the Agency, in accordance with the provisions of this Act; or
(b)
refer the project to the Council for a referral to mediation or a review panel in accordance with section 35 of this Act.
