Section 65: Providing false information

A person required under the Act to provide information to the Board who knowingly provides the Board with any false or misleading information is guilty of an offence and is liable on-(a) first conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding N200,000 or to both; or
(b) each subsequent conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding N500,000 or both.
