Section 61: Annual reports, etc.

The Board shall not later than 6 months after the end of each year, submit to the President through the Minister, a report on the activities and reports administration of the Fund during the immediate preceding year and shall-(a) include in such report, the audited accounts of the Fund and the auditor's report thereon; and
(b) cause such report to be published and distributed to all the social partners and the National Assembly.
