Section 194: The Secretary of the Council.

The Legal Adviser of the Institute shall be the Secretary to the Council of the Institute and shall-(a) attend and take minutes of Council meetings and meetings of Committees set up by the Council;
(b) under the authority of the Chairman, conduct correspondences, keep its records, seal of the Institute; and
(c) perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by the Council.
