Section 192: Filling of vacancies in the Council of the Institute.

The President shall appoint a candidate to fill a vacancy in the membership of the Council of the Institute where such vacancy arises as a result of death of a member or any of the grounds specified under section 190 (1) of this Act, and the person so appointed shall represent the same as his predecessor and. hold office for the remainder of the term of office of his predecessor.
