Section 127: Establishment of the Rural Electrification Agency.

(1) There is established the Rural Electrification Agency (in this Act, referred to as “the Agency”) which shall be charged with the functions provided under this Act.
(2) The Agency shall be a body corporate-
(a) with perpetual succession and a common, seal;
(b) which may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) which may acquire, hold, purchase., mortgage and deal with property, movable or immovable, real or personal.
