Section 7: Opening and closing of branches

Every correspondence college shall inform the Minister of-(a) any proposal to open or close branches thereof anywhere in Nigeria;
(b) any proposed agreement or arrangement for any sale or disposal of its business by amalgamation or otherwise; and
(c)
any proposal for re-organisation, and the Minister may, in the case of a correspondence college situated in Nigeria, approve or withhold approval of any such proposal; and in any other case, he may take such decision as he thinks appropriate in the circumstances.
