Section 10: Penalties for setting up illegal college, etc

Any person who sets up any correspondence college in Nigeria or, as the case may be, runs correspondence courses which are undertaken in Nigeria otherwise than in compliance with the provisions of this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of N10,000 or imprisonment for two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
