Section 15: Recovery of fees

(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, a registered member of the profession shall be entitled to recover his fees for professional services by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) No fee shall be recoverable by legal proceedings in respect of an act pertaining to the profession when performed by a person who is prohibited from performing the act for gain.
