Section 27: Supremacy of the Armed Forces Act.

Where any of the provisions of this Act relating to matters affecting the objectives and functions of the Bureau is inconsistent with the Armed Forces Act, the provisions of the Armed Forces Act shall prevail. [Cap. A20, LFN, 2004]
