Section 5: Officers of the Court of Appeal

(1)
There shall be appointed for the Court of Appeal, a Chief Registrar and such number of registrars and other officers in the registrar grades as may be deemed necessary.
(2)
The Chief Registrar and other officers appointed under this section of this Act shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed upon them by this Act or rules of court, and subject thereto, by any direction of the President.
