Section 2: Salaries and allowances of President and Justices of the Court of Appeal.

(1)
There shall be paid to the President of the Court of Appeal and each Justice of the Court of Appeal such remuneration, salaries and allowances as may be prescribed by the National Assembly, but not exceeding the amount as shall have been determined by the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission.
(2)
There shall also be paid to each Justice on account of expenses incurred in connection with his office or otherwise, such allowances as are considered reasonable by the Federal Government and comparable with similar appointments.
(3)
The amounts payable under this section shall be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation.
