Section 70: Powers of the Chairman to make rules.

The Chairman of the Commission may make rules for giving effect to the provisions of this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of this provisions, may make rules-(a) providing for the form of any notice, order, declaration or any other matter under this Act; and
(b) for the service or delivery of any notice, order, direction, instruction, or other thing to be done under this Act.
