Section 63: Certificate of indemnity in favour of full disclosure.
(1) Every person required to give evidence under this Act who, in the Opinion of the court, makes a true and full disclosure of all things to which he is lawfully examined, shall be entitled to receive a certificate of indemnity under the seal of the court stating that he has made a true and full disclosure of all things on which he was examined, and such certificate shall be a bar to any legal proceedings against him in respect of any such things.
(2) An application by the Chairman under subsection (1) may be presented to the court by the officer conducting the prosecution
