Section 105: Service of documents.

A notice, summons, or other document required or authorised to be served on the Commission under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law may be served by delivering same to the Director-General of the Commission or by sending it by registered mail or courier addressed to the Director-General at the head office of the Commission.
