Section 102: Avoidance of conflict of interest.

A Board member, the Director-General or any other officer of the Commission shall —(a) treat as confidential any information which came to his knowledge in the exercise of his power or is obtained by him in the performance of his duties under this Act; and
(b) not, for his personal gain, make use of any information which came to his knowledge in the exercise of this power or is obtained by him in the ordinary course of his duty as a member of the Board, Director-General or officer of the Commission.
