Section 36: Failure to comply with a requirement etc. of an enforcement officer.

(1) Any person who without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a requirement made, or direction given, by an enforcement officer under this Act commits an offence and shall on conviction if it is an individual, be liable to a fine not less than N100, 000.00 and shall on conviction if the offence is committed by a body corporate, be liable to fine of not less than N5, 000,000.00.
