Section 29: Special Register

(1) For the purpose of enforcing this Act, the Minister shall maintain in the office of the Registrar of Ships a separate Register for vessels intended for use in the domestic and inland waters trade under this Act to be called Special Register for Vessels.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other laws, the Register for vessels involved in the coastal and inland waters trade under subsection(1) of this section shall be for both large and small vessels.
