Section 17: Duration of Licence

A licence issued pursuant to section 15 to a foreign vessel shall set out the period of time for which it is valid, which period shall not exceed one (1) year or the term of any certificate or the document referred to in section 15(1)(e) provided that the licence term shall not in any circumstance exceed one year.
