Section 16: Terms and conditions of Licence

(1) The Minister may issue a licence under section 15 subject to any terms and conditions that the Minister considers appropriate including without restricting the generality of the foregoing terms and conditions respecting-
(a) the service or foregoing that is to be performed by the foreign vessel to which the licence relates ; and
(b) the place or places where the foreign vessels may perform that service or activity.
(2) Any licence granted under section 15 shall be for a fee and the minister shall, by a notice in the Gazette, specify the amount of the licence fee and the terms thereof.
