Section 80: Forgery or counterfeiting of documents.

Every person who knowingly and willfully forges, counterfeits, alters, or falsely makes any document authorised to be issued or required to be made under this Act or regulations made under this Act, or knowingly uses or attempts to use any such fraudulent document, and any person who knowingly and willfully displays or causes to be displayed on any aircraft any marks that are false or misleading as to the nationality or registration of the aircraft, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not more than N1,000,000 or imprisonment for a term not more than one year or both.
